Most of the information collected by HPSI is used only to help us better serve our members and program vendors. It is our general policy to collect and store only personal information that our members and program vendors knowingly and voluntarily provide either through website registration membership certificates, vendor agreements or conference/seminar registrations. This personal information includes name, business address and business telephone numbers and credit card information.

If your personal information changes and you wish to update it (such as your address), or if you wish to delete your information, you can make changes to your user profile on the site. If this should prove insufficient, you may contact the site administrator named below who will correct, update or remove your personal information as requested.

HPSI does not collect any personal information from users browsing its website. Only aggregate data -- such as the number of hits per page -- are collected. Aggregate data are only used for internal and marketing purposes and do not provide any personally identifying information.

This personal information will be used by HPSI solely to send the requested literature.
